I want to say thank you for a decent experience, would come here again. Staff and amenities are superb, I really enjoyed exceptionally comfortable bed. It's found in a comfortable area, a short walk to many landmarks of Leeds. Fascinating view of exterior.
-
Top location, SAVOURY breakfast with plenty of food. All in all it's tidy place, they have spacious beds. Good to have a bar in the reception.
-
The location was reasonably priced, stayed here during my weekend. Moreover, there was a lake within 10 mins walk from the hotel. The pool was good, good after a tiring day. An impressive place to stay in Leeds.
-
Consistently courteous staff, absolutely fabulous view, warm breakfast. The staff did all they can for a superb stay. Magnificent building, fairly clean and secluded bedroom. I visited a casual restaurant and loved the Indian meals they offer. Lots of various drinks, such as champagne, cocktails, wines and beers in the bar.

That was just what we needed.
Exceptionally friendly venue, nothing too much trouble. Good value, fairly clean, plentiful breakfast. The staff was willing to help, always particularly helpful. Appreciated that we had television, iron/ironing board and terrace in the classic double room. Luxurious bathroom and cozy bed.

Good value, an incredible stay. Lovely staff and great breakfast with lots of options. Stunning location to Woodlesford Lock Marina. Quick check in and fantastic service throughout my stay.
-
we spent a really comfortable time here, beautiful staff and rooms. majestic hotel, attractive and competitive value for money, what else to wish for.
-
Standard interiors, extremely comfy location, approaching staff.
Communication was challenging, wifi was very poor. Awful views from the window.
-
We enjoyed it during our fantastic stay. Our classic queen room was absolutely gorgeous and immaculate with soft beds.
-
The decoration is stunning. The staff members were welcoming, assisted us with bags. We had easy check-in on arrival. The hotel was next to Leeds train station.
Everything was spot on!

This hotel is definitely one of the most beautiful hotels we got to know on our 4-week trip through England and Scotland (out of a total of 9 hotels). The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the whole complex is beautiful and very well maintained. You just feel good. The whole ambience of this house is perfect. This hotel has surpassed my expectations and on our next trip to England this hotel will be on our repeat list.
everything was fine.

Very nice and neat ambience
Very large and most of the rooms are situated on a long corridor.

Staff weren't very helpful!
-
I really liked the ambience in the manor house and the gardens together with the golf course. Also the spa area with training room and pool is very attractive.
Our room size was sufficient, but could have been a little bigger. For me personally the bed for 2 persons was too small and too hard.

The hotel building and grounds are superb and the decor and furnishings are luxurious. The room size was adequate and the room was well equipped. The sauna, steam room and pool facilities are excellent and there's also a well equipped gym. The location is ideal being close to the m1 and only 7 miles or so from Leeds and roughly the same to the Xscape outlet centre.
Staff were a bit anonymous and I spent too much time at breakfast searching for coffee (the cups were tiny) which was plain annoying - an investment in individual coffee pots would be worthwhile. The orange juice was also low quality - unnecessary skimping in my view for a top end hotel.
